LD Electric Single-girder Crane

LD electric single-girder crane is used in conjunction with CD1, MD1 and other electric hoists. It is mainly composed of main girder, beam device, travelling trolley, electric hoist, limit device and control system， which forms a kind of light and small single-girder crane; its applicable lifting capacity is 1-16t, its applicable span is 7.5-25.5 meters, and the working environment temperature is in the range of -25-+40℃.
For the convenience of users, there are two types of operation on the ground and in the control room. This product is a general purpose crane, which is mostly used in machinery manufacturing, assembly, storage and other places.　

Features
1. Configure emergency stop switch, short circuit protection, voltage loss protection, phase sequence protection and other functions;
2. The three mechanisms of hoisting, trolley and cart are independently controlled and can operate independently or at the same time;
3. All connections are made of quick-plug heavy-duty aviation plugs and sockets, which are well sealed and firmly plugged for easy maintenance;
4. The connection part of the plug is protected by plastic sleeve insulation;
5. The trolley limit device can adjust the position according to the actual use;
6. The mobile power supply system adopts the special PVC flat cable for cranes, and the withstand voltage level reaches 450/750V;
7. The trolley mobile power supply system adopts built-in cable pulley, galvanized track and flat cable to supply power together;
8. Overload limiter;
9. Upper and lower limit switches;


Applications
Indoor use; outdoor use (adding a rain cover); the protection level of all motors is more than IP55, and the protection level of the electric control box is more than IP54; it is mostly used in occasions with small lifting weight and low frequency.
