Abstract: chain electric hoist is a kind of light and small lifting equipment with smaller volume and lighter weight than steel wire rope electric hoist. It is widely used in factories, docks, warehouses and other production sites. Compared with the wire rope electric hoist, the ring chain electric hoist has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation and operation, high reliability and wide application range. Our chain electric hoist is a more portable and practical Lck series and LCR series light chain electric hoist designed on the basis of chain block and wire rope electric hoist. The remarkable characteristics of this optimization design are reasonable structure and high stability and reliability.

1. The chain electric hoist is formed after transformation and upgrading on the premise of imported chain electric hoist. The new electric hoist mainly has the following characteristics.
1.1 the disc brake motor is used to replace the hand zipper part and braking part of the chain block, and the braking is sensitive, accurate and reliable.
1.2 planetary gear reducer is used to reduce speed and increase torque. Planetary gear reducer has large transmission ratio, small volume, light weight, stability and reliability.
1.3 use torque limiter to prevent overload, protect disc motor and transmission system from damage, and ensure the stability and reliability of lifting. Figure 1 is the assembly drawing of LCR series chain electric hoist.
Structure and product type of chain electric hoist
The ring chain electric hoist is composed of motor, transmission mechanism and sprocket. The difference from the steel wire rope electric hoist is that the steel wire rope is replaced with a chain, which makes up for the disadvantages of large volume and bulkiness of the steel wire rope electric hoist. The lifting capacity is generally 0.5T – 35t, and the lifting height is 3 ~ 120m.
At present, our company’s electric chain hoists mainly include sy series electric chain hoists and SK series electric chain hoists. In these two series, they are also divided into fast and slow electric chain hoists. The electric cycloid chain hoist is used as the power reducer, and the electric cycloid chain hoist is used as the power reducer. The utility model has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, high efficiency, convenient use, reliable braking and simple maintenance, but it is easy to wear and the manufacturing and assembly are complex. The ring chain electric hoist of the reducer with small tooth difference adopts the planetary gear transmission reduction mechanism with small tooth difference of the moving shaft gear system and the conical friction transmission pair mechanism adjusted by the disc spring.
