First, the standard of electric hoist customization. The lifting height of electric hoist is generally 6m, 9m, 12M, 18m, 24m and 30m. The production of these electric hoists basically does not need design drawings and belongs to national standard electric hoist. If the electric hoist with conventional height cannot meet the operation requirements, the lifting height of the electric hoist can be customized according to the actual operation requirements, which belongs to non-standard electric hoist.
Second, during the lifting process, the electric hoist must lift the heavy objects vertically, and it is strictly prohibited to pull the lifting operation, which will damage the rope guide. Install the electric hoist directly above the lifted weight. If there are special circumstances, install the crown block or gantry crane. The electric hoist runs on the I-steel track for easy use.
Third, the driver must receive special training, master the operation technology, be familiar with the mechanical performance, structure and maintenance requirements of the crane, and can operate independently only after passing the examination of relevant competent departments.
Fourth, strictly limit the height. For example, if the lifting height of the electric hoist is 6, then only the heavy objects with a height of less than 6m can be lifted, that is, the height is limited to 6m. Understand the height required during use. The height of the house must be greater than this height. Then, a certain margin is reserved according to this height to determine the installation position and effective length of the electric hoist.
Fifth, electric hoist stopper. All electric hoists are equipped with limiters. If the lifted weight touches the limiter, it will stop rising. This is to prevent the weight from getting stuck on the drum and causing damage to the electric hoist. Pay more attention to the electric hoist during use, and try to avoid being touched by the lifted weight.
